Folic Acid

Folic Acid is required for the proper red blood cells formation. Adequate folic acid intake is essential during pregnancy to unsure healthy growth and development of the fetus and to help reduce the risk of birth defect.

Recommended Dosage:

Take (1-2) tablets daily as a food supplement or as a directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
