Description

Indications

Drate Plus D Tablets  is primarily indicated in conditions like Osteoporosis in men, Osteoporosis prophylaxis, Pagets disease, Prevention and treatment of corticosteroid-induced osteoporosis, Treatment of osteoporosis in post menopausal women, and can also be given in adjunctive therapy as an alternative drug of choice in Hypercalcaemia associated with malignancy, Non-tumour induced hypercalcemia, Osteolytic tumoral bone disease.

Contraindication

Drate Plus D Tablets  is contraindicated in conditions like Hypocalcaemia,ul cers, Gastritis, Dysphagia, Vitamin D deficiency.

 Side Effects

The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Drate Plus D Tablets , which give rise to further complications include Peptic ulceration, Esophageal ulceration, Esophagus erosion. The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Drate Plus D Tablets lude Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Constipation, Abdominal pain, Rashes, Gastritis, Heart burn, Dysphaqia.

 Warnings

Drate Plus D Tablets should be used with caution in patients with history of ulcers or any other gastrointestinal problems or difficulty in swallowing. Hypocalcemia must be corrected before initiating therapy with Alendorante, othere distrubances of mineral metabolism (such as vitamine D deficiency) should also be effectively treated. This medication should not be used by patients with more severe renal indufficiency with a creatinine clearance
