Description
Indications
- Xefecta Tablet 400mg is primarily indicated in conditions like Congestive heart failure, Prevention and treatment of scurvy, Prophylaxis of angina.
Side Effects
- The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Xefecta Tablet 400mg, which give rise to further complications include Hypotension, Hypotension, Orthostatic hypotension, Collapse, Decreased cardiac output, Paradoxical bradycardia. The signs and symptoms that are produced after the acute overdosage of Isosorbide 5Mononitrate include Hypotension, Tachycardia, Confusion, Palpitations, Headache, Syncope, Neurologic deficit, Increased intracranial pressure, Flushed skin. The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Xefecta Tablet 400mg are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Weakness, Dizziness, Vertigo, Headache, Nausea, vomiting, Myalgia, Palpitation, Hypotension, Urinary incontinence, Allergic skin reactions, Fecal incontinence, Orthostatic hypotension, Apprehension, dizziness, Weakness.
Warnings
- Excessive use of Xefecta Tablet 400mg may cause headache, so reduce the dose and use analgesics (painkiller). In terminating treatment of angina, gradually reduced the dose in order to avoid withdrawal reactions. Extended-release Xefecta Tablet 400mg should be avoided in the patient with the GI disease such as the hypermotility or malabsorption syndrome, this dosage form may not be dissolved and may be excreted intact in these conditions. In making the decision to administer the drug during pregnancy, the potential risk to the fetus must be weighed against the potential benefits to the mother.
