The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Rhophylac Anti D CSL, which give rise to further complications include Spleenomegaly., The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Rhophylac Anti D CSL are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Headache, Fever, Myalgia, Chills, Lethargy, Local pain, Hyperthermia, Splenomegaly.

Contraindication 

Rhophylac Anti D CSL is contraindicated in conditions like Anaphylactic reactions, Hypersensitivity to any component of product.

Warning

Immune globulin should be used with caution in patients with any pre-existing illness, blood disorders or any allergy, including any drug allergy. It should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy.
