Description
Indications
Medigesic Tablet is primarily indicated in conditions like Dystonia, Musculoskeletal pain, Parkinsonism, Parkinson’s disease, Parkinson’s disease; drug-induced extrapyramidal Symptoms, Vertigo, and can also be given in adjunctive therapy as an alternative drug of choice in Leg cramps.
Contraindication
Medigesic Tablet is contraindicated in conditions like Glucoma, peptic ulcer, Prostatic hypertrophy,Pyloric disease.
Side Effects
The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Medigesic Tablet, which give rise to further complications include Hallucinations, Confusion, Hallucinations, Blindness, Chest tightness, Itching, Breathing difficulty.Medigesic Tablet produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Anaphylactic shock, Preciptate angle closure, Raised Intraoccular pressure, Blindness, which are responsible for the discontinuation of Medigesic Tablet therapy. The signs and symptoms that are produced after the acute overdosage of Medigesic Tablet include Tachycardia, Coma, Seizures, Dry mouth, Respiratory depression, Hallucinations, Fever, Dilated pupils, Fainting, Shock. The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Medigesic Tablet are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Headache, Drowsiness, Constipation, Dry mouth, Blurred vision, Confusion, Hallucination, Dry mouth, Confusion.
Warnings
Medigesic Tablet should be used with caution in patients with cardiac arrhythmias, coronary insufficiency or tachycardia. Periodically monitor blood, urine and liver function values. It should be used with caution (if contain Sulfites) in patients of asthma because may cause allergic reaction (including hives, itching, wheezing or anaphylaxis).
