Risk Factor Pregnancy:

IGNITE 50mg in pregnancy. Lactation: IGNITE 50mg or not recommended. Contraindications: Gastrointestinal haemorrhage, mechanical obstruction or perforation or in conditions where increase in Gl motility will be harmful. Precautions: Itopride enhances the action of acetylcholine and may produce cholinergic effects.

Indications:

Functional dyspepsia. Non-ulcer dyspepsia (chronic gastritis): sensation of bloating, early satiety, upper abdominal pain or discomfort, anorexia, heartburn, nausea and vomiting. Dosage Adults: 50 mg three times daily. Children: Not recommended.
