Indications

Gravibinan Injection 1 Ampoules X 1ml is primarily indicated in conditions like Menopausal symptoms, Prostatic cancer.

contraindication

Gravibinan Injection 1 Ampoules X 1ml is contraindicated in conditions like Hypertension, Vaginal bleeding, Porphyrias, Cardiovascular disease, estrogenic sarcoma, Cerebrovascular disease, Haemoglobinopathies, Hyperlipoproteina emia.

Side Effects

The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Estradiolog which give rise to further complications include Irritability, Gynacomastia, Uterine bleeding, Tachyphylaxis. Estradiolo produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Breast cancer, Endometrial carcinoma, which are responsible for the discontinuation of Gravibinan Injection 1 Ampoules X 1ml therapy. The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Gravibinan Injection 1 Ampoules X 1ml are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Headache, Depressiong Weight gain, Nausea and vomiting, Fluid retention, Breast tenderness.

Warnings

High doses of estrogen used in treatment of malignant disease should be used cautiously in patients with cerebrovascular disorder, coronary artery disease or venous thromboembolism. Estrogens should be used with caution in children, because premature closure of epiphysis may occur resulting in inhibited linear growth and small stature.
