Indications

Probiotics have been used to treat bowel problems (such as diarrhea, irritable bowel), eczema, vaginal yeast infections, lactose intolerance, and urinary tract infections.

Dosage

Adults: Usual recommended dose of Ecotec is 1-2 caps a day. It can be recommended up to 6 caps a day depending on the severity of condition, to be continued for 1 week after the symptoms subside.

Children: Children and those who cannot swallow capsule: The powder of the caps can be taken out and administered with cold water, honey, milk (cold) or juice etc. Usual recommended dose of Ecotec for children is 1-2 caps a day. However Ecotec is not recommended in children under the age of 1 year.
