Head lice are usually found in hair, most often on the back of the neck and behind the ears. Itching on the scalp is the first sign of lice infestation. Scratching can make the skin raw. The raw skin oozes clear fluid or crust over and it may get infected. De-Lice kills all adult lice, nits. However, a repeated use 7-10 days later is recommended for optimum results.
