Description

Indications

Cobolmin Tablets is primarily indicated in conditions like Congenital cobalamine malabsorption, Congenital intrinsic factor deficiency, Homocystenemia, Methylmalonylacidurias, Peripheral neuropathy, Pernicious anaemia, Post gastrectomy vit B-12 deficiency, Transcobalamin Il deficiency, Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Contraindication

Cobolmin Tablets is contraindicated in conditions like Hypersensitivity to any component of product.

Side Effects

Cobolmin Tablets produces potentially lifethreatening effects which include Cardiac arrhythmia, Aggravation of acidosis. which are responsible for the discontinuation of Cobolmin Tablets therapy. The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Cobolmin Tablets are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Anorexia, Diarrhea, Tachycardia, Sweating, Skin Rashx, Hot sensation, Allergic hypersensitivity reactions.

Warnings

Cobolmin Tablets should be used with caution in patients with any pre-existing illnesses or any allergies. This medication should be used only as directed during pregnancy or lactation.
