Description
CINITA Risk Factor Pregnancy:
CINITA 1mg in pregnancy. Lactation: CINITA 1mg or not recommended. Precautions: It enhances the action of acetylcholine. Use with caution to elderly, patients with a history of dyskinesia induced by neuroleptics. Drowsiness may occur.
Indications:
For the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders associated with motility disturbances such as gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, non-ulcer dyspepsia and delayed gastric emptying. Dosage Adults: 1 mg three times daily before meals. Children: Not recommended.
Pharmacokinetics Absorption:
Oral (12 mg): Rapid. IM (4 mg): More rapid. Half-life elimination: 3-5 hrs during the first 8 hrs and a residual half-life greater than 15 hrs thereafter. Time to peak, serum: Oral: Within 2 hrs. IM: Within 1 hr.
