Indications

Eucalmin Tablets 500mcg is primarily indicated in conditions like Congenital cobalamine malabsorption, Congenital intrinsic factor deficiency, Homocystenemia, Methylmalonylacidurias, Peripheral neuropathy, Pernicious anaemia, Post gastrectomy vit B-12 deficiency, Transcobalamin II deficiency, Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Contraindication

Eucalmin Tablets 500mcg is contraindicated in conditions like Hypersensitivity to any component of product.

Side Effects

Eucalmin Tablets 500mcg produces potentially lifethreatening effects which include Cardiac arrhythmia, Aggravation of acidosis, which are responsible for the discontinuation of Eucalmin Tablets 500mcg therapy. The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Eucalmin Tablets 500mcg are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Headache, Nausea, vomiting, Anorexiag Diarrhea, Tachycardia, Sweating, Skin RashX, Hot sensation, Allergic hypersensitivity reactions.

Warnings

Eucalmin Tablets 500mcgshould be used with caution in patients with any pre-existing illnesses or any allergies. This medication should be used only as directed during pregnancy or lactation.
