Description
Indications
Vetrawin Suspension 100mg/ml is primarily indicated in conditions like Anxiety, Epilepsy, Myoclonic seizures, and can also be given in adjunctive therapy as an alternative drug of choice in Alzheimer’s disease, Autism, Iron deficiency anaemia, Neuropathic pain, Tourette’s syndrome.
Contraindication
Vetrawin Suspension 100mg/ml is contraindicated in conditions like Breast feeding.
Side Effects
The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Vetrawin Suspension 100mg/ml, which give rise to further complications include Thrombocytopenia, Neutropenia, Pancytopenia.Vetrawin Suspension 100mg/ml produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Hepatic impairment. which are responsible for the discontinuation of Vetrawin Suspension 100mg/ml therapy. The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Vetrawin Suspension 100mg/ml are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Weakness, Dizziness, Vertigo, Headache, Drowsiness, Ataxia, Alopecia, Anorexia, Nervousness, Rashes, Depression, Somnolence, Tremor, Diplopia, Asthenia, Aggression, Alopecia, nervousness, Nervousness, dizziness, Ataxia, Weakness.
Warnings
Vetrawin Suspension 100mg/ml should be used with caution in patients with hepatic impairment (Halve dose in severe hepatic impairment due to cocomitant renal impairment); renal impairment (May need dose reduction a/c to creatinine clearance); pregnancy (use only if potential benefits outweighs risk); avoid sudden withdrawl.
