Indications

Fefolvit Spansule Capsules is primarily indicated in conditions like Prevention and treatment of scurvy, Scurvy, Vitamin deficiency.

Contraindication

Fefolvit Spansule Capsules is contraindicated in conditions like Hyperoxaluria.

Side Effects

The severe or irreversible adverse effects of Fefolvit Spansule Capsules, which give rise to further complications include kidney oxalate stones. Fefolvit Spansule Capsules produces potentially lifethreatening effects which include Failure of conception, which are responsible for the discontinuation of Fefolvit Spansule Capsules therapy. The signs and symptoms that are produced after the acute overdosage of Fefolvit Spansule Capsules include Diarrhea, GI disturbances, Hemolysis in patients with G6PD deficiency. The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Fefolvit Spansule Capsules are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Laxative effect.

Warnings

Fefolvit Spansule Capsules should be used with caution (if contains tartarazine) in patients with aspirin hypersensitivity, because it may cause allergic reactions (including bronchial asthma). Use with caution in patients with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PD) deficiency. Avoid large dose of Fefolvit Spansule Capsules, because it may cause renal calcium oxalate calculi.
