Description

Indications

Mecozan Tablet is primarily indicated in conditions like Congenital cobalamine malabsorption, Congenital intrinsic factor deficiency, Homocystenemia, Methylmalonylacidurias, Peripheral neuropathy, Pernicious anaemia, Post gastrectomy vit B-12 deficiency, Transcobalamin II deficiency, Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Side Effects

Mecozan Tablet produces potentially life-threatening effects which include Cardiac arrhythmia, Aggravation of acidosis. which are responsible for the discontinuation of Mecozan Tablet therapy.,The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Mecozan Tablet are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Anorexia, Diarrhea, Tachycardia, Sweating, Skin Rashx, Hot sensation, Allergic hypersensitivity reactions.

Contraindication

Mecozan Tablet is contraindicated in conditions like Hypersensitivity to any component of product.

Warning

Mecozan Tablet should be used with caution in patients with any pre-existing illnesses or any allergies. This medication should be used only as directed during pregnancy or lactation.
