Indications

Methycobal Inj 10 Ampoules is primarily indicated in conditions like Congenital cobalamine malabsorption, Congenital intrinsic factor deficiency, Homocystenemia, Methylmalonylacidurias, Peripheral neuropathy, Pernicious anaemia, Post gastrectomy vit B-12 deficiency, Transcobalamin Il deficiency, Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Contraindication

Methycobal Inj 10 Ampoules is contraindicated in conditions like Hypersensitivity to any component of product.

Side Effects

Methycobal Inj 10 Ampoules produces potentially lifethreatening effects which include Cardiac arrhythmia, Aggravation of acidosis. which are responsible for the discontinuation of Methycobal Inj 10 Ampoules therapy. The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Methycobal Inj 10 Ampoules are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Anorexia, Diarrhea, Tachycardia, Sweating, Skin Rashx, Hot sensation, Allergic hypersensitivity reactions.
